1. Agreement

By accessing thebillu.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. Use of the Biilu POS product is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or subscription order form.

2. Website purpose

This website provides product information, pricing indicators, and demo scheduling. It does not constitute a binding offer until a signed commercial agreement is executed.

3. Demo requests

Information you submit must be accurate. We may contact you by email or phone regarding Biilu products. You represent you have authority to provide business contact details on behalf of your organisation.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software descriptions are owned by Biilu or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute materials without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or APIs
  • Submit false demo requests or spam
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with site security controls
  • Use the site in violation of applicable law

6. Disclaimers

The site and materials are provided “as is”. Indicative pricing, feature lists, and performance claims are for general information; actual capabilities depend on your plan and configuration. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this marketing site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biilu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our aggregate liability for website-related claims is limited to INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Links to third-party sites (e.g. review platforms, video hosts) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
